QA Engineer

In this role, you will be one of the founding members of the QA team for all our real-time communication products. You will be responsible for setting a high bar for quality and performance for these mission-critical products. By leveraging the latest technologies such as Gatling, Cucumber, and Cypress, combined with powerful internal frameworks, our QA code is embedded deeply into the engineering pipeline to catch faults and regressions as early as possible. You will work with our senior QA engineers to drive our test strategy through such areas as automated chaos testing. You will be a key part of the engineering organization, participating in architecture and design reviews, product planning, and prioritization and resourcing decisions. Your Day-to-Day

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases of product applications.
• Work with other engineers on your team to execute on functional, regression, exploratory and performance testing.
• Focus on scale: Deliver solutions that can be quickly adapted to changing scenarios.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and impactful feedback.
• Leverage software to produce detailed reports documenting test results and process to be provided to the other squads.
• Champion the quality process through all stages of the product.
