Shodan has grown into a large platform with many different products, APIs and other tools/ integrations. We're looking for an engineer that is interested in helping our customers with their technical problems and write documentation to make it easier for new users to get started (see Your primary task will be to assist customers with their technical questions which frequently involves writing short snippets of Python code or shell scripts using the Shodan CLI ( A secondary task is to write documentation to cover common questions and new features. Ideally, you will also explore the Shodan platform to identify areas that we need to become more user-friendly. You will be interacting with many large brands and your feedback on how to improve Shodan will be invaluable.
