UX Design
- Support research, create persona, journey, user flow
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Defines Structure throughout company products
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
UI Design
- Implementation user interface following given wireframe
- In charge of creating and well-controlling team’s libraries/components throughout any version design
- Flexibly catch up with colleagues in any assigned projects, propose UI improvements
- Work closely with Front-End developers during delivering products progress, making sure the output has the great quality

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)
- 3+ years of experience as a User Interface designer, graphic designer
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, basic After Effect
- Problem-solving attitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
