Right now, we are seeking an experienced UI/UX Manager to manage and lead our team of UI/UX Designers to create beautiful, efficient, and user-friendly portfolio of products for our customers. The successful candidates will bring an abundant curiosity, desire to innovate, and vast experience of managing and leading high-performance teams. Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage a team of UIUX Designers to create a comprehensive and cohesive portfolio of next-gen products
● Conduct performance review, evaluate training and development
● Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects
assigned to members of the creative team
● Conceive, develop, test and present ideas that deliver the highest quality user experience in terms of innovation, simplicity, and consistency
● Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Operations, Developers, Engineers, and Customers to help define detailed product requirements as prototypes, descriptions and detailed wireframes
● Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
● Develop the designs and design materials in sufficient detail that they can be expressed as clear features suitable for implementation by development teams
● Continually incorporate feedback to improve the UI/X experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields related to visual design
- 8+ years of proven experience managing/leading creative teams
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Experience creating data-driven, data-rich, visually polish designs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
