Purpose
The product development group in Xn is extending the group in anticipation of significant project work.
Application Process
• Candidate would provide an application including resume and remuneration expectations via email.
• A ten minute phone call would be arranged to confirm minimum English communications.
• A 45 minute interview would be arranged to meet candidates who seem suitable for the development group.
• Two interviewers; one technical and one native English speaker.
• A Q&A session with them for around 30 minutes to determine English communications and general knowledge.
• A laptop and a test provided that will take around 15 minutes to test actual hands on knowledge.
• A meeting with the company General Director who would assess if mutually satisfactory terms can be agreed to make an offer.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in web site design and development of projects using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net
• Experienced Web Developer / Software Engineer - multiple positions considered.
• The following skills will be required in the role working across upcoming projects and legacy products;
• C# skills
• MVC / Web API
• Webforms /jQuery / ext.net
• Structured Query Language (MSSQL) skills
• Stored procedures / TSQL
• Crystal Reports
• Front End Skills
• HTML5, SASS/CSS, Angular/React
• Soft Skills:
• Good written and oral English comprehension.
• As the development manager and foreign executives do not speak Vietnamese, English skills will be extremely important to the group.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Agile technologies, particularly Scrum
