Tribe Purpose

The Business Tribe supports the business by identifying TCB customer needs, both internally and externally, through development of products tailored to enrich customer experience throughout the lifecycle with TCB. The tribe designs and develops digital initiatives that maximizes value and ensures customer satisfaction, increasing customer portfolio through converting visitations to applications within a digital platform. Business tribe members are required to proactively research on market strategies, providing intelligence to the business and solve new and challenging problems.

Role Description

The Senior Business Analyst role is analyze and identify business problems and issues through data from internal and external sources and provides insights to key stakeholders and decision makers. It is crucial for the role to be able to identifies and interpret trends and patterns from datasets and construct forecast and recommendations based on market intelligence and business data. This role will be working closely with management team and tribe members in understanding business requirements and creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence

• Gather market trend and internal data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendation and enhancements to business.
• Develop informative and actionable reports that highlights business trends, forecasts and opportunities for improvement
• Constantly keep up to date on technologies changes, trends movement and analyzes internal dataset to provide overall insights for stakeholders

Reporting and documentation

• Understand business processes and translating business needs and requirements into document, process diagram and design wireframe to support on product development
• Analyze, create, validate end to end business proces
