Job Nature:
- Plans, schedules and monitors the embedded software development/ testing team
- Takes responsibility for the compliance with processes inside the project
- Develops people skills and build up team competency
- Gather requirement and analyze requirements from customer
- Collaborating with development team, testing team to deliver the project/product to customer
- To be the first contact point for bugs, issues from customer side
