 Job Nature:

• Plans, schedules and monitors the embedded software development/ testing team
• Takes responsibility for the compliance with processes inside the project
• Develops people skills and build up team competency
• Gather requirement and analyze requirements from customer
• Collaborating with development team, testing team to deliver the project/product to customer
• To be the first contact point for bugs, issues from customer side
